About me

Beholding. This word tingles me. I want to be with you. I want to move with you in your inner landscape, discover and behold the places where you were not met by your family, friends, and mainly by yourself. I believe we need presence to become more welcoming, more loving, more whole in ourselves and to the world. In the ever growing complexity of this time, we need to cultivate ways to find our truth, from moment to moment. Tap into our own inner guidance, From where we take the next step. (learn more)

I was 12, my first day of highschool, we received our schedule for the next year, the whole year. I felt my stomach contracting. A sense of being stuck by something outside of me. I felt a loss of freedom, of adventure of the unknown.
The unknown. I always felt drawn to be in nature. There is change happening, always. An unlimited resource of life happening all the time.
If I surrender, move with, let the body receive, I feel  the cold, the wind, the sun, the rain on my skin, breathing the fresh air. There is aliveness to be found in each moment anew.
As is in every experience we have. Where the body is the way to open to this, to sense what is happening, to receive, to feel alive.

Life. My life. With a deep longing for belonging, a wonder for humans and nature.  I am walking my path. A road less taken, an unknown unfolding. One of finding my deep knowing, a feminine wisdom. One of surrendering and leading myself within. One of meeting myself deeply in the darkness, the pain, the fears, and stepping into the light. One of being more me and with that transformation in who I can become even more.
