How will we work together?
Before we start we agree on the amount of sessions and timeline. Having this clarity of the container will support the in-depth journey we are embarking on.
In the 1:1 calls I bring my mastery of presence to your inner world. This will allow an unfolding of a deeper sense of your being. We’ll explore what you most want for yourself in life and shine a light on what's in the way of having this. From here we’ll build on a foundation for new ways of being and doing.
The ground of my present based approach is Circling complemented by NARM (trauma work), embodiment practices and working with the nervous system
Practicals
• 5 -10 coaching sessions of 1h on zoom or in-person
• Check ins and support throughout the duration of the container
Investment: € 750- €1500 (price is based on the amount of 1:1 sessions we agree on)
